In the heart of London
Overlooking the Thames with sweeping views of the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and St. Paul's Cathedral, Southbank Centre comprises three world-renowned venues, home to top class orchestras, ensembles and dance companies as well as host to dynamic festivals and seasons. Southbank Centre is easily accessible by underground and British Rail via Waterloo, Charing Cross and Embankment stations. For coach parties there are roadside coach standing facilities nearby.
As a Group Organiser
All Group Organisers will be put onto free advance mailing lists for Southbank Centre listings magazine as well as our guides for Classical and Contemporary Events. A selection of events each month are available under the Group Booking Scheme. These will be detailed in the accompanying letter, ensuring that you are given every opportunity to choose your performance early and reserve the very best seats in the house. For the personal touch you will also have a dedicated contact in the Visitor Services team in order to make the booking process as easy as possible.

Discounted coach hire
We are pleased to offer a 10% discount on coach hire for Group Bookers to Southbank Centre events. Please mention that you are an SBCRFH Group Organiser when booking your coach in order to obtain your discount.
Special offers and events
From time to time we have special promotions - half price offers, meet the artists, special meeting spaces allocated for our groups, discounts on merchandise etc. As a Group Organiser, we will keep in touch with you and regularly update you whenever we are planning these. A group consists of ten or more people unless otherwise stated. To make a group booking telephone the Groups Line on 0870 165 6000 (9.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri) £2.00 fee applies per transaction.
