Britten Sinfonia (Imogen Cooper)

Britten Sinfonia is created from some of the country's most talented and creative musicians, many with solo and chamber music careers. The ensemble explores new musical perspectives by working with the finest guest conductors, soloists and composers from across the musical spectrum. For their performances at Southbank Centre they perform with acclaimed tenor Mark Padmore, as part of the International Voices series, and pianists Imogen Cooper and Paul Lewis. Britten Sinfonia also performs on the opening night of the London Jazz Festival on 14 November 2008.
